There's a statewide public smoking ban as well here in Washington State. You can't smoke inside any public building, and from what I've seen everybody is obeying that one. You can smoke outside, but you're supposed to stay at least 3 meters away from any door or open window. Nobody is really obeying that one; they're standing directly outside the doors to smoke.
